Publication URL: https://mytenue.com/cookies
This Cookies Policy describes the trackers stored on or read from your device when you browse the https://mytenue.com website and the MyTenue mobile application. It complies with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, the CNIL's guidelines and recommendation on cookies and trackers (2024-2026 version), and the GDPR.
Article 1 — What is a cookie or tracker?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website, allowing it to identify your device and store information about your browsing.
Beyond cookies, other tracker technologies may be used: pixels, web beacons, fingerprinting, local storage identifiers (localStorage, sessionStorage), mobile SDKs.
All these technologies are collectively referred to as "cookies" in this Policy.
Article 2 — Purposes of the cookies used
2.1 Essential cookies (consent-exempt)
These cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the Service expressly requested by the User. Pursuant to Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, they are exempt from consent.
Purposes:
- maintaining your authenticated session;
- remembering your cart or progress in a flow;
- load balancing;
- recording your cookies choices;
- security measures (attack and fraud prevention).
2.2 Audience-measurement cookies
These cookies allow MYTENUE to measure attendance, analyse User behaviour in statistical form and improve content and ergonomics.
When configured in line with CNIL requirements (IP anonymisation, limited lifetime, no cross-processing, no third-party transmission), these cookies may be exempt from consent. Otherwise, they are deployed only after consent.
Tool used: Google Analytics 4 (CNIL-compliant configuration).
2.3 Marketing and advertising cookies (consent required)
These cookies enable personalisation of advertising, measurement of advertising performance and audience targeting.
Tools used (deployed only after explicit consent):

- Google Ads;
- TikTok Pixel;
- Affiliate partner pixels: Rakuten Advertising, CJ Affiliate, Awin, Tradedoubler.
2.4 Social-network cookies
Deployed by third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) when you interact with shared content or share buttons. Deployed only after your consent.
Article 3 — Collection of your consent
On your first visit to https://mytenue.com, a consent banner is displayed before any non-essential cookie is deployed. You have the following options:
- "Accept all" — consent to all categories;
- "Reject all" — refusal of all non-essential cookies (as easy as acceptance);
- "Customise" — granular choice per category.
No non-essential cookie is deployed until you have made your choice. No option is pre-ticked.
Refusing cookies does not impair access to essential Service features.
